  4. I think it's a good idea to get seniors with in home care involved in some sort of exercise or stretching. Yoga is a pretty good idea, because they aren't very likely to injure themselves. It could probably improve their balance if they did yoga enough. I think the main point is to somehow find a way to get seniors a little more active even though they are in homes. http://glenparkhealthyliving.com

  5. I don't think my mom has ever done yoga. I think she would like it, though. Helping her stay relaxed as well as working on her balance would be great. I don't want her to have more problems.

  7. It is important to have these types of activities for the senior citizens. I know that a lot of the home care companies around town have a lot of activities planned for the senior citizens. I think it is one of the many good things that they do. It helps people get out and get some fresh air. http://www.hisgriphomecare.com/about/

  8. I think that yoga and meditation are two great ways for seniors to be healthier, happier, and more relaxed. Home care assistance is wonderful, but it is important to make sure that the senior being cared for is still remaining active, like you pointed out. You want to make sure that there is full care going on, and that includes helping them be active.
